1. List off ALL the functional procedures you used in this class?
Using a search engine- I used Google to search up images of Child Labour in India for my presentations.
Accessing a school website- I used the school website to get to the Office 365 login to access my work.
Uploading and/or downloading- I used Microsoft Teams To download any documents about child labour, the Industrial Revolution, and the French Revolution. After downloading the documents I would read and answer the questions asked.
Sending a link- When sending a link, I would email my teacher the my project to the teacher so that I could present.
Printing a document- before presenting a document I would print out my script or what I was going to say.
Using a QR code- I used a QR code when I needed to sign up for flex to catch up on any work.
Saving to a cloud (Office 365)- when doing group projects I would use word on office 365 so I could have more than one person working on the document at once.
Accessing work on multiple devices (ie. at home and at school)- By using office 365 I could access my work from different devices at home or at school.
Sending/responding to an emailCollaborating online- I sent my projects to Mr. Prinster using outlook on Office 365.
Cutting/pasting text, pics or links- when making PowerPoints in Socials I would copy and paste pictures to add visuals to my project.
2. Describe one digital tool or resource you found useful in this class. How did you use it and why was it useful?
A digital tool that I found useful was Microsoft Teams when reading documents about the assigned topics and the questions where in the document. I found this useful because if I was at home and I need the textbook to answer questions all I needed to to was go on Teams.
3. Describe a tool, app, or resource you are hoping to use in the future. What would you use it for?
I would like to use FreshGrade in the future because when using this app you can easily access any marks or missing work that the teacher needs. You can even get reminders or announcements about anything coming up in the future.
