I chose this quote because I have been told this many times before and I didn’t fully understand what it ment till recently, but now what I get from it is that if you think you will fail then you will but if you believe you are giving it your all then you will succeed.

This is a scene from “Hidden Figures” I chose this video because the movie is one of my favourites. This movie tells the stores of three women who worked at nasa surrounded by men who looked down on them , the women in this film are an amazing example of determination, dedication, and not alowing other peoples believes and thoughts control your dreams.

I chose this picture because the turtles floating on a piece of wood is cute and a great source of serotonin which can help boost your mood.
