Quality of Assignments

As this is an elective course, it is expected that since students are enrolled by choice, they will only submit work that is done to the best of their abilities.  The teacher can provide examples of assignments that demonstrate an excellent understanding of the course objectives.

Plagiarism not only includes handing in assignments where the work was done by someone else without proper references, but includes submitting work that was done for another course/assignment without first discussing this with the teacher.  Plagiarism and cheating will not be tolerated in this course.  The student will receive a zero and be required to do an alternative assignment.

In the past a number of students have achieved 100% or better in this course by handing in assignments on time and being creative in their ideas.

Grading and Evaluation

Students will be evaluated based on participation and assignments/projects. Students are expected to complete their work to the best of their ability. Grading for the course is cumulative.  Marks will be shared individually via school e-mail.
