I chose to add this quote because I often find myself referring back to it.  Sometimes when life is not going your way it can be difficult to maintain a positive mindset, but this quote is a good reminder that things will eventually work out for the better, the same way that they always have.

I added this video because it is one of my all-time favorite songs. I listen to it quite often and it sparks joy and makes me feel happy.

I chose to put a picture of a sunrise because I personally find sunrises to be very inspirational. For me, they symbolize how every day is a new experience; like a mystery. We wake up every morning not knowing what is going to occur in the day ahead of us, and every single day we grow as people.
