I like this quote because it explains that everyone starts their journey at a different time, and everyone travels at a different speed, so just because someone is travelling faster than you doesn’t mean you should give up.

 

Favourite Video:

I chose a video of my solo because dance is my passion, especially acro. Dance allows me to express my feelings and it is and important part in my life. This dance is called  Come Fly With Me.

 

Inspiring Picture: 

I chose this photo of my acro teacher Caara Cridland (Van wyk) because she is a huge inspiration to me. Ms. Caara is an aerial and acrobatic arts performer, choreographer and teacher. She preformed on a cruise ship for 7 months, what she does is hard enough but to top that she had the ocean against her. She is someone who I look up to as her student, she has helped me progress so much over the past few years and she is always a pleasure to train with.

I chose the Pulse Dance centre website because dance is my passion. Pulse is a great audio/home where I can express myself through movement. At my studio the teachers care a lot about their students, this creates a homey atmosphere. At dance I can feel like myself and let go of my worries.
