1. “A girl sees one of her old friends with another group of people she doesn’t know when they walk by they ignore the girl even though she said hi. They stand away from her and start saying things while looking at her and giggling/laughing.” This is an example of Exclusion (she isn’t welcomed into there group) and Ghosting (they don’t respond when she says something).
  2. For Exclusion, she should go up to the group and try to explain that she wants to be part of them and if she doesn’t want to be part of the group she can just leave it alone. For Ghosting, it would probably be best to say something and then walk away until she gets another response.
  3. I think it means that you are open to learning new things and meeting new people without having prior opinions. However, it also means that you have to be responsible online: for example, if you were to see someone being cyberbullied you would do your part to try to stop what is happening.
