1. List off ALL the functional procedures you used in this class?
Using a search engine: I used a search engine to research on inventions and inventors from the Industrial Revolution. I also used it to research Child Labour in the Industrial Revolution.
Accessing a school website
Uploading and/or downloading
Sending a link: I send my inventions PowerPoint link to my teacher.
Embedding video and/or links into an application (ex.ppt)
Scanning a document
Printing a document: I printed a document about Child Labour so I can read off it as I do my presentation in front of my class.
Using a QR code: I used a QR code in Socials by scanning it so I can sign up for flex.
Saving to a cloud (Office 365): I saved my reading reflection on office 365 so I can work on it whenever I want.
Accessing work on multiple devices (ie. at home and at school)
Sending/responding to an emailCollaborating online: I send a document to my group member so they can edit on it as well.
Cutting/pasting text, pics or links: I pasted pictures of the Industrial inventor and their inventions.
2. Describe one digital tool or resource you found useful in this class. How did you use it and why was it useful?
What I found useful was Teams. I like that we used Teams because teachers can put documents into Teams and if I don’t finish questions from the document, I can still work on it at home by pulling out Teams.
3. Describe a tool, app, or resource you are hoping to use in the future. What would you use it for?
I’m hoping to use fresh grade a little more in the future, because it’s an easy way to see how I’m doing in class and see if I need to improve.
