Rodrick’s Blog

My name is Rodrick vyizigiro, I am going to take this opportunity to point out that writing is one of my favorite things to do. I enjoy doing computer science specifically web development, robotics. I am athletic, and proficient at basketball. It’s a great blessing to be part of Terryfox Secondary school.

Isacc Newton helped found and invent most of the sciences we use today, he invented calculus, the kinematic equations, and newton's law. What all these three things have in common is that they sound complicated. But Isacc Newton was quick to point out that simplicity is key in learning science.

Chemistry Enthusiast

Fun Fact:  Unlike many substances, water expands as it freezes. An ice cube takes up about 9% more volume than the water used to make it.

 

 

 

Understanding chemistry means understanding how the world works, the fact that our world and everything around us is made up of very tiny particles, that behave in different ways to form and make the world the way we know it fascinates me.

I have been programing/coding for 2 years, and I like computer science in general simply because it involves a lot of problem-solving. The kind of coding I do is mostly front-end web development.

One of my most important goals here at Terry Fox is to find out what I want to do in university,  I have many things that I enjoy doing and finding what to stick to is the most important reason why I am here.
I want to improve on the skills I have , or even develop new ones.
Excelling at what I do is just as important as finding clarity, I want to get the best grades I can possibly get.

I find my laptop very useful in this class. I do all my writing work on google docs. I research check my assignment and do m English grammarFlip on my Laptop.

3. Describe a tool, app, or resource you are hoping to use in the future. What would you use it for?

I am hoping to use fresh grade in the future, I will sign up for fresh grade so that I can always see my grades and how I am doing.
