Kindness is when you are nice to someone and not expecting anything in return. I have seen people online commenting on others posts and saying something nice or standing up to someone who had commented something mean or hurtful. This pillar is important because if your not kind/respectful to others getting a job would be hard. Even if you are being mean/hurtful online, the people looking at your resume will look back at your digital foot print and if theres things on there that they don’t like, it risks your chance of getting the job.
