I chose this quote because a rewording of this sentence is what always comes up in my mind when something challanging is presented before me. The way I consider it, every issue or challange has some meaning. You either achieve from it, or learn something new. Thinking about life in this way makes it easier for me to keep trying and never give up on what is important to me. if it makes it easier for me, I would consider it to be the same for others and that this quote, if understood correctly would help acheive desired goals. 

My Chosen Video:

I chose a volleyball video becuase I play the sport and love it. I watch volleyball videos all the time from games or moments and picked a short one to share. This is, as you can see below a Top 10 smartest plays in volleyball history which is an interesting topic. the youtube channel providing this content is great at creating volleyball videos, and so I do watch their videos often.

I chose this picture because to me it represent a free feeling to life, which is the best way to live. I aspire to create an enviroment where I’m not being held captive but instead free to make decisions, and free to live in the lifestyle I desire. This would help me live my happiest and best life, and try hard to achieve my goals but not feel let down if one of those objectives isn’t attained.
