From April 19 to May 2
During this time, we gathered all of the data for our project and conducted the necessary research. We assembled the materials we could in that time, including the 3D print of our catapult, and we finished writing the code required by the catapult’s Arduino controller. We also discussed the potential uses of this project in the classroom with Mr. Csuka.
2nd to 19th of May
We calculated all of our costs during this time, and once we realised that the majority of them had been eliminated, we realised we could use the Arduino. We only had to purchase the one item that Mr. Csuka had ordered. Additionally, we required wooden pieces, which we obtained from tech ed
19-29 may
The wooden pieces have been glued together, and the catapult has a screw in it. Additionally, we now have a plan for how we will explain our project to the public. We also got the micro servers from Mr. Csuka.
30 may-8 june
We have now finished our passion project entirely. The box was assembled using glue, and the Arduino wires were then placed inside. Additionally, we used glue to secure the catapult and micro servers to the box’s top. We also began to test it to see whether it would function properly, and it does.
