For this task I need to find moving objects. There are movers and dipoles. There are also fake ones that look like there moving but they aren’t actually. these are called stars, stripes, and ghosts.
Who are the researchers, what fields of science and engineering to they represent, and what do they provide?
There are to many pictures for NASA to look through themselves so along side them citizen scientist help out. The scientist specialize in astronomy.
What is the role of the non-scientists/citizens in this project?
The role for the non science citizens is to help out and point out objects that we think might be something new. then the real scientists can observe the object to see what it really is.

this project finds and monitors new objects on the edge of our solar system.
Why are the researchers monitoring it? In other words, what does the information they collect help them make more informed decisions about? (1-2 sentences)
they monitor it for possible dangers or maybe even new life. Anything could be out there, with the information they collect they can know what is out there.
How does this project benefit society? Say more than just that it provides knowledge. What practical purpose might it have? If the website does not give any hint, think about it and think of a way that it could possibly be used to benefit society. (2-3 sentences)
This project can help society by finding new celestial objects. If we do ever need to abandon this planet maybe something way out there could be the right fit for us. There could also be dangers out there. Maybe and asteroid is on course for earth, we could know sooner and maybe deflect it or destroy it saving us.
