About Me
Hi, Im Daniel Parsa
im 13, i like gaming, sports and programming im an only child and i like to practice and go outside in my free time. this is my first year at fox
persistence in doing something despite difficulty or delay in achieving success.
kindness/compassion is the quality of being friendly, generous, and considerate
compassion is sympathetic pity and concern for the sufferings or misfortunes of others.
integrity is the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness.
for me persistence is the most important, this is because i believe that no matter what task it is,
if its something that you want such as:
- performing better academically
- becoming better at your sport
- learning a new language
then i believe that you should take every chance to get to that goal.
and with persistence we try our best to do that even if we fail.
Terry fox probably represents my pillar best, he used to run a marathon every day in order to raise money for cancer research, if he could accomplish his dream why couldn’t you?
this is a NASA video on their first mars rover landing which was called “perserverence” i feel like this shows a great example of persistence because it shows the trial and error that the engineers at NASA had to go through with them never giving up which is the reason for live footage of mars today
this is my most memorable website w3 schools because its helped me countless times to help build and fix my code and for that its probably one of my most used websites too.
my examples of using the 4 pillars in my everyday life
- Persistence in Studying: When I struggle with a difficult subject, I don’t give up easily. For instance, I might spend extra time revising concepts, seeking help from teachers or classmates, and practicing problems until I feel confident. This persistence not only helps me improve academically but also teaches me resilience.
- Kindness in Daily Interactions: I try to show kindness in small ways every day. For example, I make it a point to greet my classmates with a smile and ask how their day is going. If someone seems upset, I offer to listen or share a positive thought. This not only brightens their day but also fosters a supportive environment around me.
