My name is Dylan, I live in the Poco area, I think I’m a nice person, I go to Terry Fox Secondary. I went to Minnekhada Middle school before Terry Fox Secondary. I like playing Soccer, and most sports, I’m division 2 Poco. I have an older brother too. I look forward to blogging my work on this site over this year!
Terry Fox Secondary
At Terry Fox Secondary we have something you could call core values, we call it the Character in Action Program. There are the four pillars: Kindness, Compassion, Integrity, and Leadership. If you don’t know what they mean, let me show you:
Kindness: The quality of being friendly, generous, and considerate.
Compassion: Sympathetic pity and concern for the sufferings or misfortunes of others.
Integrity: The quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness.
Leadership: The action of leading a group of people or an organization.
My Pillar
I think my pillar is Leadership. I think this because I like leading people and helping them. I think am a leader. I like to take action and help others.
Another Leader
Another leader is Barack Obama who is a leader and an inspiration. He is very charismatic, and very good at talking. He has also done many credible things to help his country. If you do not know Barack Obama, he was the 44th president of the United States, and stayed as president for 8 years. I think of him as a great leader, as he did run a whole country, through it’s ups and downs for 8 years and a great inspiration to younger people.

Pillars Everyday
Everyday people use the pillars of Terry Fox, I use the pillars everyday too. One pillar I use everyday is kindness. I use kindness everyday when I help my friends with assignments and many other things.
