continued effort to do or achieve something, even when this is difficult or takes a long time: It took a lot of patience and perseverance for all sides to reach an agreement.
Kindness/Compassion
Kindness is the act of being considerate of another’s feelings; compassion is being sympathetic or showing concern for other’s misfortunes but not necessarily personalizing their experiences. I gave food to a homeless person while I was out with my parents, and I smile at people.
Integrity
the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles that you refuse to change.
Leadership
Leadership is a set of mindsets and behaviors that aligns people in a collective direction, enables them to work together and accomplish shared goals, and helps them adjust to changing environments.
kindness/compassion
I think it’s important to be kind/compassionate, because if you are kind you are wondering about others feelings. Compassion is being concern for people and how they act.
