This is Jeff’s Glider. Unfortunately it does NOT fly. I made it out of wood, and it was too heavy.

My experience:

Pros:

-Got to see 2 friends, most of my teachers, and some of my family

-Got complimented a lot

-Got asked at least 3 different questions

Cons:

-Got asked “Does it fly?” 27 times

-Had to say the same thing 27 times

The assignment part

I chose my project because one of my most likely options for my future job is going into plane engineering.

At the beginning, the progress went very poorly and my project was not very good, but I got some help, and was eventually able to get a decent project. There were a lot of mistakes, and after I got help, more successes.

In the end, I would say it half worked. It did not fly, but made a great model. I learned I should get more help from people when I am doing a project, and do my assignments in advance.
