This is my one point perspective drawing which was my first project in Drafting. For my first project it wasn’t bad but I could’ve have done better lining my lines up to my point and shading better.
This is my two point perspective drawing which I think is the best out of all my perspective drawings. This time I lined up my lines better and shaded way better than the first one. I also put more detail into making it my favorite drawing out of the three.
This is my three point perspective drawing and the last drawing that I’ve drew. This drawing turned out pretty well and I liked the perspective of this drawing. Some of the building turned out a little wonky but all in all I thought that it was pretty good.
This is my laser box cutout of the Toronto raptors logo. The raptors are my favorite basketball team so this was a fun logo to make.
This is my first prototype for our 3d biome.
This the draft I created for me and my partner Lukas’s 3d biome.
This is me and Lukas’s digital prototype of the 3d biome.
This is me and Lukas’s final design for our 3d biome. I think that our biome turned out well showcasing the different levels of the ecosystem. I also liked how we made it pop out making it look more 3d.
This is my isometric drawing. With my name and the word STEAM.
This is my cardboard dice which I made using Laser box and cardboard.
This is my 3d boat which I made using the 3d printer. I designed the boat in Fusion 360.
This was the start of my groups boat for the boat race.
Our team decided to make a steamboat with a paddlewheel in the back that we could turn and move the boat. First we started by making the base and adding supports to support my weight. After that we started making the paddlewheel by making a circular wheel with flaps attached to it to push the water.
We took almost the whole time to complete building our boat making us one of the last to finish. We finished by wrapping the boat up with waterproof tape and attaching the paddlewheel. During our heat of the race our boat finished 2nd out of the 3. Our boat went across the pool with a speed of 0.520m/s. Some of the reasons why I think our boat didn’t get first in the race was because our paddlewheel didn’t work adding extra weight we didn’t need. The boat was also clunky so if we made the boat more sleek and aero-dynamic it could have cut through the water better. I think that we could improve on making the paddlewheel more useable and supporting the boat more so it could float longer. Since I was light the boat could float pretty easily with me and with the air pockets we created in the boat we made the boat easier to float. The boat race was really fun and I had lots of fun creating a working boat with my friends.
This is a café that me, Aikam, Callum. We made the tables in chair in tinkercad with a bathroom and posters around the café. There’s also a counter with a fridge and sink in the back.
This is the Youth center where there’s a gymnasium with a basketball court. There’s also a gym with weights and a treadmill. Then there’s a pool table, a fridge, and a sofa facing a TV.
This is our residential floor which has 3 rooms and one bathroom. There’s also a kitchen with a island and a TV. Each room has a bed with two of the rooms having TV’s. We are thinking of adding more things to make it better.
