Who am I/Who are you? Describe yourself.
My name is Lynah and I’m Korean. I used to live in South Korea until Gr.1 and in Gr.2 we moved to Vancouver. I also have some hobbies that I like to do, which is dancing, playing instruments and drawing. For playing instruments, I liked to playing instruments since when I was gr.1 and since gr.1 I kept on playing instruments. I sometimes had to stop going to the lessons because of Covid-19 hit, but I still got to play my instruments when I was at home. I started to play Drum when I was gr.1 But I stopped playing for like 6years because we had to move to Canada and we didn’t know where to get the drum lessons from. At 2022 I started to play drums again because I had to play drums in my church worship team.
What is important for you?
Important things for me are my family members, my grades and my friends. These are the top 3 things that is important in my life and helps me. when I feel sad or don’t feel very good I always talk to my family members how I feel and when I tell them, they would tell me what to do and comfort me, and the same thing goes with my friends. My grades are the also one of the things I care about most and that is important to me. To get into the University I want to go in, has to have a good grades to go in. Because of that condition, it makes me work harder so I could go in there.
What or who inspires you?
University I’m looking forward to inspires me to work harder in school assignments or test.
What is STEAM to you?
STEAM for me is place where I can improve my self, and get to know more about Scientific, Technologic, Engineering, Artistic, and Mathematic subjects.
Why did you choose to join STEAM?
The reason why I chose STEAM was, If I make my self do more challenging stuff, I would improve more than usual and in the future, I will be able to put it in use without a problem.
