Passion Project 2024

My project is trying to get an esp (a micro controller) to listen and speak back to you. I chose this project because I was given an idea on if toys could talk and then I was like, oh yea what if.

When making the project, I encountered a lot of mistakes and problems, one of the problems was that the esp can’t connect to the schools WiFi because it had a login page and I couldn’t get the text to speech and speech to text working. One of the successes I had was being able to connect the esp to ChatGPT and getting it to speak back to me through the esp.

The end result is not done, but I made it so it doesn’t show the whole raw JSON instead showing the content of what ChatGPT only.
