My name is Rashaan Sidhu. My birthday is July 2 2010, so I am fourteen years old right now. Outside of school, I go to the pool a lot to practice for lifeguard courses, because I want be become a lifeguard.
Perseverance means that you always work to achieve your goals, no matter how hard it is to achieve them. Kindness is a good quality that means being nice and friendly. Integrity means that you are honest, and that you have great morals. Leadership means to lead a group that you are in.
My favorite pillar is the perseverance one. I like this one most, because if you always try to work towards you goals and never give up, then you will be able to achieve them.
This is Albert Einstein, who is a big influential scientist with a very intelligent brain. I think that Albert Einstein represents the perseverance pillar, because he never gave up on his huge theory of relativity, even when his parents thought he was crazy. It wasn’t only hard to deal with his parents not believing in him, but it was a huge idea that took a ton of courage to develop.
I chose this video clip, because the person that talks in this video demonstrates a very strong definition of perseverance, and uses life examples of when perseverance is useful.
