This quote is meaningful to me as I’ve applied it’s methodology in almost every situation where I’ve felt nervous or unconfident and it’s helped me accomplish tasks I once thought were impossible.

2) Embedded Video:

This video has changed my life, I first heard this speech 7 months ago when I got the sudden 2AM motivation to change the world, and the very next day I woke up with that same motivation and mindset. It reminds me that the simple tasks are what build up to life-changing habits.
