NOTE: You will not be able to do much editing of your image once your upload it to Cricut. This will need to be done in an alternate program like Paint.

1. Take a picture of the artwork you would like to use for a Cricut project (if your file is already digital ignore this step)
2. Start a new project
3. Upload an image from your computer (.png, .jpg, .gif, .svg, .dxf, .heic or .bmp)
4. Select the image type (simple, moderately complex, complex)
5. You can choose to remove the background if you only want the subject for your Cricut design.
6. If you are ONLY cutting the material (ie. Vinyl sticker) then select CUT. If you are printing your image, then select PRINT then CUT image.
7. Now select your image and add to canvas.
