How to make: Stickers

  1. Select and save the image you want to use on your computer (from photos, internet, file folder, etc).
  2. You will need to remove the background for a vinyl cut. This can be done by converting the image to an SVG file using an SVG converter app or using a background removing app.
  3. Upload your image to the Cricut application (photo, artwork, digital image)
  4. Add your image to your canvas
  5. Scale your image to the size you desire and duplicate if you wish additional copies.
  6. For Vinyl Stickers, select the vinyl you wish to cut and then go through the process to MAKE the sticker. Remove unnecessary vinyl after it is cut with a weeding tool.
  7. For Vinyl Stickers with multiple parts apply transfer tape to the top of the vinyl sticker in order to easily apply the vinyl sticker to a variety of surfaces (wood, metal, glass, paper etc.)

For colour stickers:

  1. Select your image and click OFFSET. Choose the size of border you want to use to outline your sticker image.
  2. You can change the colour of the outline & background
  3. Once you are ready to print your image (you can set up multiple per page), FLATTEN your images.
  4. Click MAKE
  5. Change your paper size to 21.6 x 29.7 (Letter)
  6. PAUSE and check with a teacher
  7. Send your project to the PRINTER and then the Circut will prompt you to cut your print out
