There are many reasons why basketball is important to me and here are so of them. Its important to me because it was a way for me to connect with other people and make friends some of which I still have today. Its really fun to play with friends and to be honest the only sport I’m moderately good at, and one of my favorite thing to do is watch a game with with friends and family. basketball will always be important to me because I helped me in ways that I wouldn’t believe a sport could do.

Friends are important to me because they are people I can count on them. I can count on them to help me with homework, help me in class if I don’t understand something, or just hang out if I’m bored. friends are also people I can come to with problems that I’m not comfortable coming to other people with. Overall friends have been an essential part in my life I wouldn’t be able to live without them.

Who inspires me?

My idol is jeff Bezos because he was able to create a business empire just from his basement, and so to me it shows that anyone can become successful if they put in hard no matter their background.

My idol

What is steam?

I think steam is a place for people to get away from the boring regular courses and learn in a more creative way, because from my experience steam seems extremely different from there regular counterparts like regular math or science. And I think that steam is a place for people to learn to problem solve in different ways than just sticking to a normal repetitive solution.

Why did I join steam.

I joined steam because I never enjoyed the way school usually was, and so far I’m liking it a lot. I feel like in steam we have much more freedom to learn things that we actually want to turn into a career, instead of following a linear repetitive curriculum. I’m definitely looking forward to steam in the following years.
