The effect a zero-gravity environment has on milk curdling

Proposal Summary:

The experiment will show us whether different types of milk will curdle faster in space or curdle faster on earth.

With different types of milk that have the same expiration date in different sections, we can see how much the milk curdles after it comes down from space.

We would measure it one by one, releasing the latches and spilling out the contents into different containers, then strain them and measure the solid curdles to liquid milk leftover ratio.

It would be beneficial to lots of future space travel because milk gives many nutrients to humans. We would then know how long milk could be stored in space for usage by the crewmembers.
