Class Projects

Passion Project

For my passion project, I decided to revolve it around football. It is something I am passionate about. For this project, I started by using AutoCAD to draw out the logos of the NFL teams. I started by pasting a picture of the team’s logo onto AutoCAD. I then created multiple layers with the different colors of the logo so I can trace out and draw it. Some logos are other than others because so have simple designs and others with really intricate ones. After tracing the logo, I then save it and continue with the next one and repeat. Recently, I’ve been doing another thing that is related to my football passion project which is drawing out offensive plays as if I was a coach. I would draw them as if the plays would work in a real game situation.

Perspective Drawings

This project is definitely one of my favorites. I really like it because I am really good using my artistic abilities when it comes to assignments and projects. This is because I actually try my best and make it look good and neat when it comes to drawing assignments and projects. I don’t draw at all in my spare time. I’m good at art when their is a given example or if there is something I can work off of. I am not creative enough to create something out of the blue.

Salmon Design Project

For this project, I used my artistic abilities and creativeness to create an awareness material. I like this project because it looked really neat and I was proud of the drawings I did. I made a no fishing sign. This is to stop people from fishing so that the population of salmon won’t decrease  significantly. I also included some Indigenous designs because the salmon is an important part of their culture.

Scale Drawing

We went outside to our school garden and measured the garden, plant boxes, the garden house, and also took note of all the plants in the garden. We then had to draw a downsized scaled drawing of the garden. I used the ratio 1.5cm:1m because it would fit on the grid paper we had.
