Introduction

Hello, my name is Tega Oghenekaro.  I am a grade 9 student of Terry Fox Secondary School. I enjoy playing American Football, playing video games, exercising, and engineering.

In Terry Fox Secondary School, we have four pillars of the Characters in Action Programme, namely;

1. Perseverance

2. “Compassion/Kindness

3. Integrity

4. Leadership

Perseverance is the act of never giving up and being resilient regardless of how hard it gets.

Compassion is the act of having sympathetic pity for someone in a bad situation.

Kindness is the quality of helping others and being thoughtful of others.

Integrity is a quality of always being honest and doing what is morally right.

Leadership is the quality of guiding or helping people.

Kindness in my opinion is the most important and most needed pillar. Other Pillars such as Perseverance, Integrity, and Leadership would all be useless and not necessary without Kindness. We should all persevere to be kind, be integrate with kindness and lead with kindness as well.

Mr. Beast

Mr. Beast is a very popular youtuber and is currently the most subscribed to youtuber on the social media platform of YouTube. He is a very kind man who has done a lot of nice and kind things to people around the World. He is a philanthropist and does a lot of charity work and environmental cleaning as well as content creating. Although, he is in a bit of drama concerning one of friends, he has still done a lot of kind things and thinks of others before himself.

I really enjoy using the Wikipedia as a source of information. Although whether or not some of its information is credible or not is very controversial, but, for surface information, the Wikipedia is a reliable source of information.

Reflections

I practice the four pillars (Perseverance, Kindness, Integrity, and Leadership) during different points in my life. Such as persevering through my football practices and games. Being Kind to everyone I meet. I can’t tell a lie and I have great morals. I am a good leader when I want to be.
