In ADST Drafting, we made balloon powered cars. My design was a simple design. It wasn’t too heavy, or too light. I made the axels smaller so I can fit bigger wheels, allowing it to spin faster and go further.
I made a simple design for the thunderbird logo that we had to make to put in the front of our folder. I thought of a bird, and thunder around it. I made this using the Cricut cutter machine. I imported the file that I had created on a website, and I put it onto the Cricut machine for it to print.
Another activity we did was the March Mammal Madness. This activity is an annual event inspired by the basketball March Madness. This event consists of 65 different species. This simulates battles between 2 animals, and whoever wins moves on. The animal I had was the hedgehog. It got out on the first round against the greater glider. In the end, the polar bear won. I think the polar bear won because it adapts to new environment pretty well. It also can defend for itself, fight, and survive. The polar bear are formidable fighters, and strong.
