Perspective Drawings

1 Point Perspective Drawing

 

This 1 point perspective drawing was the first perspective drawing we did in class. The picture is a room with a table, door and 2 windows on the sides. I added the stick man and the money on the table because it was funny :). Overall I think I did "ok" on this drawing because the floorboards look a bit weird

 

2 Point Perspective Drawing

This 2 point perspective drawing is the second perspective drawing we did in class. The drawing has many buildings, roads and underground pathways. I added the doctor Doofenshmirtz also. I didn’t do very well because the angles are very off and it doesn't have much detail and contrast.

 

3 Point Perspective

 

This 3 point perspective drawing is the third and final perspective drawing we did in class. The drawing is a huge tower with some trash and filth around the concrete. I think I did really good on this one comparing to the previous perspective drawings because the shading looks nice, angles are correct and added additional features like the hot air balloon and random among us.

A-Maze-ing Maze

This was the first thing we did in class using Autocad. I spent a lot of time on it but it wasn’t as complicated as I thought. I made my initials bolded inside the maze and my animal a fox. For my design I made an among us character and a Pokeball.

Simple Yellow Sticker

Dual/Multiple Color Logo

This was the second time I used the sticker cutter and I think I did really good on it. It took a long time because I had to put a lot more layers than the last one. However I got more used the machine and programs. The sticker i made is based on a character from "Pokémon". The Pokémon is called Charmander.

This was the last thing I made with the sticker cutter machine and it was pretty easy to make. I got the idea from the EA logo and used the shiny stickers because it looked nice. At this point I think I know how to use the machine very well.

Laser Tag

   

This was the first time I used the laser cutter. I had to do this a couple of times to get used to it but it was really fun to use. The Canadian animal I chose was a bear and I also put my personal logo on the back.

 

Wooden Coin

   

This coin that I made was a very old 1943 nickel that was used in canada. This was the second time I used the laser cutter and I started to getting more used to it. This one was definitely more difficult than the last one because I had to add way more detail. However I liked the way it turned out.

 

3D Designs

3D Printed Windmill

   

This was the first time I used autocad inventor and the first time I printed something using the 3d printer. When I was using the program for the first time I was very confused about what I was doing so it took a lot longer than I expected. However, in the end it printed really well and actually worked.

Minecraft Sustainable City

This is our Minecraft city that me (Joshua) John and Eric made. I slightly took inspiration from Japan because I built one of the Shibuya buildings and I made 2 Japanese trains. This project took lots of time on our own and I think we did really good on this project ( since we got a good grade on it). We also made a 10 min video about the city too.

Steam Tower

This is one of the bigger projects weve done in drafting so far. it took around 4-5 months. We had to 3d print all the furniture, laser cut the walls and cut all the stickers. In my group i had Ethan, Taehyun and Daniel. We all had our own individual rolls in the project. My job was to make all the furniture and "some" of the stickers. In my opinion it looks really nice especially after we glued everything to their designated areas.
