As we are coming to close, I have all my materials, but I have not made a prototype yet. I was thinking of creating a meadow of flowers with the cigarette butts I found. Creating them into beautiful flowers with paint or spray paint. Another idea I had with the cigarette butts was them being a bunch of pebbles at the bottom of sea floor with a sunset in the background (sunset being made of colourful wrappers).

Today I will start making my art. Everything will be built with cigarette butts and some wrappers I have found. I am thinking of making a meadow of flowers or a bunch of pebbles at the bottom of the ocean with a sunset in the back. If I have time, I will go to Terry Fox to pick up some more trash along with Burch land and the Riviere trail.

I started going through the trash and figured that I should make this art piece a more personal connection. I am set on making a beach with logs in the water and a sunset in the back. I saw how long the cigarette butts were, and figured they should act as wood floating around in the water. The sunset will be made of the wrappers I have found. I have all my supplies and will try to finish the art piece by the end of this week. I have a goal to finish all research by next week at the latest and start working toward how I will present my project. I feel my project is moving slowly so I will put more time into this project to make it better.
