Class Projects

                        Class projects

1.     Our first Big project of the year, the nature collage was one of the most interesting, and communicative projects I’ve ever done. We were put in groups of 6-8 and were told to make in our 4 steam classes, a 3d model of a natural environment in Canada, including the animals, plants, and things that are in that area, my group, the Steam Trains, decided to make the temperate rainforest of central BC. I was the Hands on Guy and I painted the mountain background, every 3D-printed object to the right color, the laser butted trees, and the waterfall.

2.     After a month, in our same groups, we made 3  energy smart/ environment friendly machine in a mini scale an finished it within a few weeks. I paired up with Robert. and with the help of Paige V in the end, we produce a black solar powered car. In addition, when we hosted an competition to see which groups made the most efficient solar car, ours came out on top tying with another groups.

3.     After the energy and nature collage project Draft, Mr. Csuka assigned us an personal passion project, where you’ll use the tools in the lass room to create something of your interest. Since one of my dream careers is an Architect I decided to made a house on AutoCAD Architecture, and I am currently cutting out and assembly the pieces to for my blueprint.

In our TechEd class, Me and Reily B. made a bridge out of popsicle stick and wood glue, and after a month, we made a 61cm long bridge that won first place holding 90lbs.

For my career’s project I demonstrated and discussed the process and my reasoning for why I chose my future job, Dentistry.

As an experiment for testing and trailing errors, me and my classmate Eric created this gravity car that was the second fastest in the class.

During the second semester, one big project we did was create our own lit launcher that would project an object of our choice into a box.

In 2022 I created the fasted propane car out of my class, as it drove 80m in 0.98 seconds.

As the steam 10 year come close to ending, I got inspiration from my careers project and created my passion project that explains teeth growth, common deformities, and my future goal of creating something that could replacing braces.

Physic’s final project using kinetic and potential energy we made a contraption that made a marble travels through it without us touching it
