Yeast’s Leavening effect in Microgravity proposal summary:
For our expiriment we were going to see if yeast would act differently in micro gravity then it would on earth because we think that gravity has something to do with helping yeasts leavening effect so when we would send it up to space we would see if it would do anything different like leaven faster or slower.
