Quotes I like:
I decided to use two quotes as I like them both a lot.

I think this verse is crucial to us as human beings, and sometimes it’s hard, and it by no means would make anything perfect, but I believe this is something that we need to think about daily. God loves us unconditionally, and just as God loves us, we are to show that love to others. This was one of the last things that Jesus said to his Apostles during the last supper, and followed within verse 35: “Your love for one another will prove to the world that you are my disciples.” It tells us to love each other as God loved us, and I think something as simple as that to be crucial.

“So now I am giving commandment: Love each other. Just as I have loved you, you should love each other.”
-Jesus of Nazareth (John 13:34 NLT)

My 2nd verse is also very important.
What Paul says here is key for many, and addresses a thing that has resulted in many of our current societal problems. Nobody is righteous, nobody is perfect, nobody is truly good, we all do evil, so we can’t treat others as any less for that, we are all sinners in the eyes of God. I take this as a reason to not look down on others because of sin, we all sin, maybe in different areas, but we’re all sinners, and this is where I connect it with the previous verse, we’re all sinners, we’re all equal, and we should love each other regardless of Sin, and love each other no matter their Race, Sex, Orientation, Political Beliefs, etcetera. God loves unconditionally, and we should do so as well, regardless of whether we agree with each other or not, it doesn’t mean we can’t show God’s love.

“No one is righteous-
not even one.”
-Paul the Apostle (Romans 3:10 NLT)

I like this video a lot, and it’s helped me with my procrastination immensely. This is a huge struggle for me, and being able to get through it has already done wonders for my work ethic this 1st quarter.

I took this picture at the top of a mountain, at 2300 metres elevation, l took the picture down on the valley below me.  When I think about the time I took climbing to the top of that mountain, I think of how tiring it was, I thought I would never reach the top. But when I got there, I saw this, in all directions. I saw hundreds of peaks, mountains waiting to be climbed. When I reached the top I achieved a goal, I made it, and those peaks are the number of times I can do it again, and again, the goals I can achieve are as limitless as the mountains, which reach beyond what the eye can see. I may not be able to climb all of those mountains, but I’ll see to it that I can get to those peaks again, and again, and again, all I need to do is keep climbing. That’s what I see when I see this picture.

This website is important to me because:
Cancer is a disgusting disease that we’ve lost many an icon, and many a loved one to. Both of my grandparents have suffered from this disease and I support research towards it.
