1. List off ALL the functional procedures you used inĀ this class?

we used google and my fitness. we used my fitness pal on our phones. my fitneszs pal is basically an app that keeps track on what i was eating, how many steps i wast taking and how my calorie intake effected my diet. Mrs. Mohammad gave us a handout, and we had to keep track on my fitness pal every day for like 5 days and we wrote down what we ate.

 

 

2. Describe one digital tool or resource you found useful in this class. How did you use it and why was it useful?

I found google and my fitness pal very helpful because, when im at home and filling out the foods handouts and i didn’t know something i could google it. and on my fitness pal it was cool to keep track on what i was eating, how many steps i wast taking and how my calorie intake effected my diet.

 

3. Describe a tool, app, or resource you are hoping to use in the future. What would you use it for?

I think we could use an app that you put in food and it shows us what the healthy things in it are and what the non healthy things are. and it could show us the food groups that are food is in.
