This is my logo for the digital pillar of Leadership:

I thought to make it look something like a compass, since a compass, to a degree, is used to lead you to a place. I just added the raven there partly because of the Terry Fox Ravens and partly because an animal looks nice in the center.

Digital leadership, to my understanding, is about setting a positive example by utilizing the other digital pillars and using leadership to encourage others to follow said digital pillars.

I usually try my best to do this the most, as I believe this can have a lasting impression on those you interact with the most. I try my best to practice what I preach, so that I don’t look like a hypocrite. I try to be more encouraging online than pessimistic.

Digital leadership is important to me because it can show a large portion of your character. By setting an example, you show that you can take initiative and are not afraid to do what you believe to be right.
