Course Code: MEN–09HS
This course will provide students with a wide range of experiences that have a central focus on reading, writing, and speaking. As part of the STEAM program, the English 9 activities & assignments will often connect with content from Math 9, Science 9 and ADST 9. Students will continue to develop skills including comprehension, communication, critical and creative thinking, and social skills that will allow them to explore a variety of texts while helping them understand the world around them. They will also be expected to add some of their work to their digital portfolio.
