STEAM 10 Portfolio

For my drafting portfolio, I included 4 projects that I completed throughout the first semester of drafting.

The first project I completed was the perspective drawings. I was able to retrieve 4/5 of the drawing but was not able to retrieve the perspective drawing because I haven’t gotten it handed back yet. Unfortunately my papers were crumbled in my bag so they look rough.

(choice perspective drawing)            (third perspective drawing)

The second project I completed was the Map project. I based my map theme of the salmon cycle. I created a fish cycle in the middle with art of every development stage of a salmon, then I turned the outside ring of the maze into circling arrows to symbolize the cycling through stages of a salmon cycle.

The third project, my group and I created a model car, we created the base of the car out of cardboard, 3d printed the wheels, and sticker cut, and laser cut some designs to put all around the car.

For the lit launchers project, my project went through many alterations. my first design which supposed to be a mounted crossbow did not pan out the way it was supposed to because I accidently made the holes for the crossbow arms and the slider for the projectile holder way to small. with the recourses I had, I decided to make a slingshot instead.

Here is the stick we made for the ping pong pickup challenge.

For the cardboard boat challenge, this the boat I made with my group. It surprisingly ended up working.

For our old passion project, my group and decided to make a mod for a game called Terraria. For the project I was the designer, so I created a few sprites we could use for the game which included a biome, and an improved boss animation.

(main block for the biome)                   (animation for a boss)   (sword)   (early design for a boss)

For our new passion project me, Chris, and Rameshinder are aiming to make an fps game so far we have just watched a few tutorials but are making good progress.

A project id like to add that is not specifically a drafting project would be the volunteering assignment I am currently doing with Chris. So far we have recorded our progress for 26 days.
